1 DEFINITIONS

  1. 1.1 BEEZYY CASHIER SYSTEM - is a payment system provider of cash registers, which is integrated into the website and through which an individual or legal entity may make a payment (hereinafter "System" or "Beezyy").
  2. 1.2 Beezyy Website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") - means a web page or a group of web pages on the Internet through which the Data Subject receives the Services and uses the Services of the Beezyy System, which are posted on the Internet at the following address: https://beezyycashier.com/.
  3. 1.3 Data Subject - means the joint name of Beezyy Client or User, as the context requires

  13. 1.13 Third party - means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or body other than the data subject, Controller, Processor and persons who are authorized by the Controller or Processor under their direct supervision to process Personal Data.
