Beezyy thanks you for your interest in the services we provide. The protection of your Personal Data is very
important to us, therefore we pay special attention to the protection of data that are collected and processed when
providing services specified on the Beezyy website.

privacy of Personal Data for the online System Beezyy.

1 DEFINITIONS
- 1.1 Application - this is a feedback form, which consists of four stages, with the help of which the Client provides
Beezyy data about his company.
- 1.2 BEEZYY CASHIER SYSTEM - is a payment system provider of cash registers, which is integrated into the site and
through which an individual or legal entity may make a payment (hereinafter System or Beezyy ).
- 1.3 Business Day - means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are
open for business.
- 1.4 Beezyy Website (hereinafter referred to as Website) - means a web page or a group of web pages
on the Internet through which the Data Subject receives the Services and uses the services of the Beezyy System,
which are posted on the Internet at the following address: https://beezyycashier.com/.
- 1.5 Data Subject - means the joint name of Beezyy Client or User, as the context requires
- 1.6 Checkbox - means an element of the Data Subject's graphical interface, which allows the Data Subject's to
confirm his consent. For example: when registering on the System Server, when expressing consent to the

- 1.7 Client - means a legal entity that integrates the programming interface from Beezyy and with its help receives
payments from the Users.

Directors(hereinafter referred to as the Owner )
- 1.12 User - means a person who makes payments using the programming interface from Beezyy, which is integrated on the
Client's website.
- 1.13 Personal Data - means any information related to the Data Subject that is processed, stored, protected and
transmitted in accordance with the GDPR.
- 1.14 Processor - means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or other body that processes Personal
Data on behalf of the Controller.
- 1.15 Provider - means any company with which Beezyy has the relevant contract and which is allowed to sign payment
service agreements with Client.
- 1.16 Services:
- 1.16.1 Cashier software. Efficient cashier software for your business
with PSP integrations. High responsibility, improved routing and risk management toolkit included.
- 1.16.2 Custom optimization System. Setting up your transactions,
optimizing currency, country and counterparties usingSystem tools.
- 1.16.3 Processing strategy. A simple and efficient way to work with other
payment systems around the world.
- 1.16.4 Additional integration.
- 1.17 Terms of Use - means a document that provides terms, rules and basic provisions for using the
System.
- 1.18 Questionnaire - means the questionnaire/form made available on Beezyy Website for potential Clients.
- 1.19 Third party - means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or body other than the data
subject, Controller, Processor and persons who are authorized by the Controller or Processor under their direct
supervision to process Personal Data.
2 GENERAL PROVISION
- 2.1 We process and keep records of Personal Data based on the principles of legality, fairness and transparency, in
accordance with Art. 5 GDPR.
- 2.2 The information we receive when you use Beezyy Website is stored by us, and we act as the information

- 3.5 Using the Questionnaire, Beezyy may collect the following data from your company. You can familiarize
yourself with the Questionnaire and the necessary data that We collect with its help by using the internal
link.
- 3.6 The information requested in the Application is mandatory for receiving the service and your website connection
to the payment service.
- 3.7 Beezyy has the right to receive Personal Data using the Application in electronic form. The Application is at
the end of the Privacy Policy or on the page of Beezyy Website.
- 3.8 You may view the electronic form of the Application using the internal link or go to the end of the Privacy Policy.
- 3.9 When providing the Services, We collect the following types of User's Personal Data:

- 3.9.2 photos or other Personal Data that you may send to us for verification purposes in accordance with our AML/CTF
AND KYC Policy;

8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
