These Beezyy Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") constitute the terms of the relationship between the Beezyy System (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) and the Data Subject during the provision of the Services by the System
References to the words "we", "our" or "us" (or similar words within the meaning) mean the Beezyy System.
References to the words "you", "you" or "your" (or similar words within the meaning) mean our User or Client, depending on the context of the Terms of Use.
The Beezyy System provides the Data Subject with Services for the integration of the System on the Client's website and for the User to pay payments on the Client's website.
Use of the Beezyy System services is governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The acceptance of the Terms of Use is considered to be registration on the System Website.
1. DEFINITIONS
- 1.1 BEEZYY CASHIER SYSTEM - is a payment system provider of cash registers, which is integrated into the site and through which an individual or legal entity may make a payment (hereinafter "System" or "Beezyy").
- 1.2 Business Day - means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.
- 1.3 Beezyy Website (hereinafter referred to as "Website") - means a web page or a group of web pages on the Internet through which the Data Subject receives the Services and uses the services of the Beezyy System, which are posted on the Internet at the following address: https://beezyycashier.com/.
- 1.4 Data Subject - means the joint name of Beezyy Client or User, as the context requires.
- 1.5 Checkbox - means an element of the Data Subject's graphical interface, which allows the Data Subject's to confirm his consent. For example: when registering on the System Server, when expressing consent to the processing of Personal Data.
- 1.6 Client - means a legal entity that integrates Beezyy and with its help receives payments from the Users.
- 1.7 Controller - means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

- 1.9 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - means a regulation within the framework of European Union legislation on the protection of personal data of all natural persons who are citizens of the European Union.
- 1.10 Integration - is the combination of the Beezyy software interface and the Client's site, in order to receive payments on behalf of the User to the Client's account.
- 1.11 User - means a person who makes payments using Beezyy, which is integrated on the Client's website.
- 1.12 Personal Data - means any information related to the Data Subject that is processed, stored, protected and transmitted in accordance with the GDPR.
- 1.13 Privacy Policy - means a document drawn up in writing, which specifies the methods of collection, processing, storage of the Personal Data of the Data Subject.
- 1.14 Processor - means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
- 1.15 Product - means a special service Beezyy or an auxiliary application from Beezyy, or an additional solution from Beezyy that allows the Client to receive additional services for managing transactions and payments of the User.
- 1.16 Provider - means any company with which Beezyy has the relevant contract and which is allowed to sign payment service agreements with Client.
- 1.17 Services:

- 1.17.2 Custom optimization System. Setting up your transactions, optimizing currency, country and counterparties usingSystem tools.
- 1.17.3 Processing strategy. A simple and efficient way to work with other payment systems around the world.
- 1.17.4 Additional integration.
- 1.18 Service Agreement - means an agreement concluded between the Client and the Beezyy System, which specifies the main terms of Integration.
- 1.19 Third party - means a natural or legal person, public authority, institution or body other than the data subject, Controller, Processor and persons who are authorized by the Controller or Processor under their direct supervision to process Personal Data.
2. Personal
- 2.1 The System provides the Data Subject with the following Services:
- 2.1.1 cashier software;
- 2.1.2 integration on the Beezyy System Client's website, for all types of payments, including crypto wallets, e-wallets, bank cards, bank transfers, etc .;
- 2.1.3 consulting services;
- 2.1.4 integration of Beezyy System design, in accordance with the design of the Client's website;
- 2.1.5 management of transactions carried out by the User on the Client's website;
- 2.1.6 making payments by the User on the Client's website;
- 2.1.7 the right to provide technical support (the System's technical support service usually provides a response to the User's request within 30 (thirty) business days from the receipt of such a request).
3. OUR PRODUCTS
- 3.1 The System provides the Client with the following Products:
- 3.1.1 One Integration.Connection of more than 300 (three hundred) payment solutions to the Client's website for the User to make payments on the Client's website;
- 3.1.2 Increase Revenue.Integration of the Client's rules for routing bank cards or a special algorithm for routing transactions from the Beezyy;
- 3.1.3 Modular and Dynamic.Connection of auxiliary applications from the Beezyy to manage the User's payments;
- 3.1.4 Financial Management.Connecting additional payment solutions, setting transaction limits, developing additional software;
- 3.1.5 Virtual Terminal.Connecting an auxiliary application to the Client's website to centralize all bank card processors.

4. DATA SUBJECT CONFIRMATION
- 4.1 The Beezyy System is intended for persons who have reached the age of 18 (eighteen).
- 4.2 The Data Subject confirms that he has reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years.
- 4.3 If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen), do not use the Beezyy System.

5. INTEGRATION PROCESS
- 5.1 To use the Beezyy System Services, the Client integrates the System.
- 5.2 The Integration process is carried out as follows:
- 5.2.1 The Client indicates Personal Data in the feedback form on Beezyy WebSite by clicking on the "Apply Now" button. You may get acquainted with the feedback form on the internal link Apply Now.
- 5.2.2 After receiving the data, the Beezyy System representative, together with the Client, determine the scope of work and the amount of the integrated software interface.
- 5.2.3 The Client and the Beezyy System representative sign the Service Agreement, which specifies the conditions, cost and terms of integration, monthly fee, etc. More details on the sample Service Agreement may be found at the internal link.
- 5.3 Using the internal link, the Client may familiarize himself with the stages of Integration, which are specified in the Schedule A of the Service Agreement
- 5.4 The Client has the right to Integrate additional Beezyy System Products.
- 5.5 Beezyy provides the Services without any restrictions in relation of bank cards. There are no restrictions. We have developed hundreds of effective solutions for every bank card issuer worldwide. If the list does not include the issuer of the card you want to accept, then We may develop an Integration for it within a few business days.
- 5.6 FOR INTEGRATION YOU WILL NOT NEED ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE OTHER THAN THE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS PROVIDED BY US.
6. FEES
- 6.1 The Integration Fee is set individually for each Client, depending on the set scope of work and the number of Integrated software solutions.
- 6.2 The final amount of payments is determined in the Service Agreement, which is concluded between the Client and Beezyy System.
7. SOCIAL NETWORK
- 7.1 Beezyy System uses social networks in order to provide information about its activities, provided Services, Products.

8. RULES FOR WORK WITH BEEZYY SYSTEM
- 8.1 All funds received by the Client and transferred to his account belong to the Client.
- 8.2 The Client solely indicates / provides the Personal Data that is necessary for the Integration.
- 8.3 The Client confirms and agrees that payment of the User to the Client's account may take from 1 (one) hour to 72 (seventy two) hours, not counting cases of unforeseen and / or unavoidable circumstances.
- 8.4 The Client carries out the Integration on the basis of the completed feedback form "" and the concluded Service Agreement.
- 8.5 The Client has the right to carry out additional Integration of the System Products on his website.
9. SUSPICIOUS OPERATIONS
- 9.1 If you discover the implementation of suspicious transactions or activities, including, but not limited to, payment transactions of Users unknown to you, then you must immediately notify Beezyy about it. In such a case, Beezyy will provide you with instructions for further actions that you must follow to protect your account or the Integrated System. Otherwise, Beezyy reserves the right to suspend transactions and operations pending investigation.
- 9.2 Beezyy may maycel or revoke a transaction already performed by the User at the request of financial institutions involved in settlement transactions related to payment by the User. In such cases, it is your responsibility to work with Beezyy to determine the reasons and grounds for such a claim.
10. DISCONNECTING THE SYSTEM
- 10.1 The Client disconnects the System in accordance with the conditions specified in the Service Agreement.
- 10.2 The Client, in the event of a debt to the Owner, has no right to disconnect the System.
11. OWNER RIGHTS
- 11.1 Receive reliable Personal Data from the Client.
- 11.2 Transfer Personal Data to Third Parties, in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- 11.3 Use Cookies when providing the Services.
- 11.4 Process, store and transfer the Client's Personal Data in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- 11.5 Interact with other services.
- 11.6 Grant the right of limited access to the Personal Data of the Client to its employees, Controller, Processor and support staff in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- 11.7 Disclose Personal Data to Third parties, partners, courts, law enforcement and government agencies, in cases provided for by the Privacy Policy.
- 11.8 Unilaterally refuse to interact with the Client and disable the System in case of non-payment by the Client and/or violation of the Policy.
- 11.9 Make changes to the interface and functionality of Beezyy.
- 11.10 Unilaterally amend the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- 11.11 Provide the User with access to the Service after its Integration.
12. RIGHTS OF THE CLIENT
- 12.1 The client has the right:
- 12.1.1 integrate the System
- 12.1.2 use the services of the System to carry out transactions;
- 12.1.3 integrate additional Products;
- 12.1.4 disconnects the System Beezyy;
- 12.1.5 receive customer service and technical support.
13. OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER
- 13.1 Integrate the System or additional Products on the Client's website.
- 13.2 Provide the Client with access to the System Services.
- 13.3 Provide the Client with technical and customer support.
14. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
- 14.1 Ensure the confidentiality of your username and password and prevent Third parties from using your username and password.
- 14.2 Provide the System with reliable Personal Data.
- 14.3 Be responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data that he indicates during the Integration.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT
- 15.1 All exclusive intellectual property rights to the System software, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, Beezyy Trademark and other objects, as well as components and their elements, belong exclusively to the Owner.
- 15.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Owner owns all intellectual property rights in relation to the Services.
- 15.3 The Client is responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Personal Data that he provides to the System.
- 15.4 The Client grants the System a non-exclusive right to use, copy, process and transfer his Personal Data, during the period of using the Services and System Products.
16. NOTICE OF UPDATES TO TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
- 16.1 The Beezyy System notifies the Client about the update of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy using e-mail messages or a pop-up window that may be placed on the pages of the System Site.

18. DISCLAIMERS
- 18.1 The Owner is not responsible for the actions of the Client that were committed by him as a result of a misunderstanding or misunderstanding of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- 18.2 We are not liable for any consequential, actual or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or they have arisen due to negligence.
- 18.3 The liability of the Owner for any claims related to the use of the System may not exceed the total amount of the monthly payment for the use of the System.
- 18.4 To the extent permitted by law, we provide the materials and Services "as is". This means that we do not provide any guarantees, including but not limited to guarantees of commercial qualities and suitability of the System for Integration.
- 18.5 We use Cookies to improve the quality of our service. If you continue to use the System, then we have the right to assume that you agree to the use of Cookies.
- 18.6 The System notifies the Client that his Personal Data may be used by us for the purpose of providing the Services, and, in case of disagreement, the User must leave the Client's Site and disable the integrated System.
- 18.7 We have the right to collect Personal Data of Users in order to obtain statistical information.
- 18.8 B reserves the right to restrict and / or not provide Integration of the System or its Products to certain regions and jurisdictions, in accordance with our AML/CTF AND KYC Policy, and as may be necessary in accordance with the requirements of e-money issuers, payment service providers, banks, etc. .
- 18.9 We are not responsible for the safety of Personal Data if the Client disconnects the System and its Products.
19. APPLICABLE RIGHT
- 19.1 The relationship between the System and the Client is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- 19.2 All disputes arising from these Terms of Use or arising in connection with the relationship of the parties will be considered in the courts of England and Wales and governed by the norms of England and Wales.
